10 Minute Yoga Practice for a Calm Mind

Everyday life can get very demanding, whether its your job, kids, projects, you-name-it, it’s all too easy to let ourselves get frazzled by the constant “to do” list.

Even just a little yoga can go a long way.  This 10 minute yoga sequence was designed specifically to calm the mind and nervous system.  Deep breath and fluid movements have a profound effect on the body and mind.  Try it, and let me know what you feel!  Aloha and Namaste.
